Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition stably storable over a long period under a low-temperature condition and having good taste by including a phosphoric acid monoester and a glycerol monofatty acid ester. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a phosphoric acid monoester of the formula [R is an (F-substituted) 6-20C alkyl; X and X are each H, aluminum, etc.; (n) is 0-4] (e.g. potassium monodecylphosphate or sodium monododecylphosphate) and (B) a glycerol monofatty acid ester (e.g. glycerol mono (6-12C) fatty acid ester). The compounding amounts of the components A and B are preferably 0.01-2wt.% and 0.005-0.5wt.% based on the total composition, respectively.
