Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sintered compact having high dielectric constant, high electric conductivity and high magnetic susceptivity by forming the high density oxide sintered compact for a short time while controlling the particle diameter. SOLUTION: The oxide sintered compact or the sintered compact of an oxide/oxide conjugated body, which has a perovskite type structure, a pyrochlore type structure, an ilmenite type structure, a rock salt type structure, a spinel type structure or a fluorite type structure is formed by sintering one or more kinds of the oxide fine particle by a discharge plasma sintering machine without causing particle growth and heat-treating the resultant sintered compact.
