Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a calcium oxide modified composition small in the damage of the furnace wall of a kiln, reduced in the requirement of fuel in comparison to the production of the hard-fired quicklime and having the same physical properties as the hard-fired quicklime and a calcium oxide modified composition small in the damage of the furnace wall of the kiln, reduced in the requirement of fuel in comparison to the production of the super hard-fired quicklime and having the same physical properties as the supper hard-fired quicklime. SOLUTION: The powdery or massive calcium oxide modified composition having a uniform coating film, which is composed of calcium carbonate and formed on the surface and the inside of pores of a powder composed of the soft fired quick lime or the hard-fired quicklime, is obtained by supplying a mist like carbonated water to the powder or the massive material composed of the soft-fired quicklime or the hard-fired quicklime. Not only the calcium carbonate film but a calcium sulfate film can be formed by supplying a diluted sulfuric acid with a mist like carbonated water. The thickness of the film is defined as 10-500nm. |
