MIST TYPE BELT CLEANER EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fall quantity of conveyed material such as ore to an extreme degree by providing a built-in gas-water mixed fluid spraying device which is a nozzle with a slit for spraying a gas-water mixed fluid in an upper position in a cross direction to a conveyor belt. SOLUTION: Attachment still sticking to the face of a conveyor belt 1 roughly cleaned by a rough eliminating cleaner 5 is softened to the extent of containing water with mist sprayed from a gas-water mixed fluid spraying device 9. The softened attachment is completely eliminated from the conveyor belt 1 by providing a plurality of belt scrapers 12, 13 fitted to the front and rear, desirably the rear, of a plurality of gas-water mixed fluid spraying devices 9 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction of conveyor belt cross section. The attachment eliminated from the conveyor belt 1 by the belt scrapers 12, 13 and waste water generated at the gas-water mixed fluid spraying devices 9 are collected into a shoot 2-2.
