Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a volatile component from a polymer melt by using a ring only at one place. SOLUTION: In a water injecting foaming and devolatilizing method and an apparatus therefor, water is supplied to the polymer melt kneaded in the water injecting dispersing zone 11 of an extruder having a pair of screws 6 rotated in the same direction to be kneaded with and dispersed in the melt and the volatile component in the polymer melt is evaporated along with water in the devolatilizing zone 12 on the downstream side of the zone 11 to be removed. In this case, the polymer melt is extruded from an upstream filling zone 10 to the water injecting dispersing zone 11 without generating resistance and water is injected in such a state that pressure is increased in the water injecting dispersing zone 11 by a ring 15 to perform devolatilization. |
