INNER FACE WELDER FOR TUBE BODY JOINT PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To machine inner face welding or joint parts and to improve its workability by engaging a cable bearer to a sprocket, intruding the cable into tube bodies and arranging a welder to a tip of a cable bearer. SOLUTION: The inner face welder 1 conducts inner face welding of groove aligned joint parts while two tube bodies 2, 3 are respectively placed on turning rolls 4, 4 arranging in series, tube end parts 2a, 3a facing are butted each other with a prescribed groove gap. The welder 1 is arranged with a sprocket 5 to be rotation drived. A chain shaped cable bearer 6 is engaged with the sprocket 5, the cable bearer can intrude/retreat in the tube bodies 2, 3. Further, a welder 8 is mounted on a welding carrier 9 mounted to a tip part of the cable bearer 6. By this method, a working environment of the tube body inner face welder is significantly is improved.
