Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluttering and air entrapment efficiently at the time of coiling metallic strip. SOLUTION: This rolling mill is constituted so that two sets of coiling reels 2, 3 alternately execute coiling and uncoiling and the rolling mill passes metallic strip 4 to manufacture ultra thin metallic strip 4. In this case, on the strip passing route from deflector roll 7 to coiling reel 2, 3, a support roll 8 is arranged which contacts the metallic strip 4 from lower part with a constant pressing force, and at the same time a touch roll 9 is arranged to press the coiling point M of coil 4a with a prescribed pressing force, and support roll 8 and touch roll 9 are mounted on the same arm.
