Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic acid reducing agent for citrus fruits, which is not harmful to humans and animals and reduces organic acid contents in the fruits to suppress sourness to relatively improve a sweet taste by setting calcium gluconate and lacate calcium to be effective components. SOLUTION: (A) calcium gluconate and (B) lacate calcium are set to be effective components and associated with each other to remarkably increase resolution with respect to water. In addition, it is desirable that the blending rate of the components A and B is within the range of components A/B=90 to 70/10 to 30 by weight and that aqueous solution including the components A and B is sprayed to the fruits and/or leaf surfaces at fruits trees in a fruit growing period to reduce the organic acid of citrus fruits. |
