Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication cable set to the hard state and preventing the occurrence of breakage caused by moisture freeze near the moisture freezing temperature and set to the soft state and facilitating the installation work at the temperature higher than the moisture freezing temperature by covering the sheath of the cable with the rubber set to the hard state near the freezing temperature of the moisture around the cable and set to the soft state at the temperature high than the moisture freezing temperature. SOLUTION: The upper wound insulating paper 3 and a laminate tape 2 are provided on the outer periphery of a cable core 4. Rubber 1 is provided on the outermost sheath which is outer periphery of the laminate tape 2. A vulcanized rubber composition blended with metal oxide fine grains of 50 pts. or above against polynorbornene of 100 pts. to an improved polymer elasticized with the polynorbornene by aromatic oil and adjusted with the secondary transition point in the range of 0 deg.C ±5 deg.C is used for the rubber 1, for example. No breakage occurs on a communication cable laid in a pipe due to the pressure developed when the water entering the pipe freezes in winter. |
