FUNCTION SPECIFICATION PREPARATION SUPPORTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify what process to use information defined in a work, namely information necessary for a notice job, by inquiring information defined in the work and information defined is processes constituting a work flow and processing constituting a process according to the work flow. SOLUTION: A work defining part 104, a work flow defining part 106, a process defining part 108 and a processing defining part 110 mutually exchanges information to organically relate a work, a work flow, a process and processing defined by each part. A data item inquiring part 112 inquires a data item provided for the work and data items provided for the process and processing constituting the work flow. A data flow inspecting part 113 inspects concerning the data item provided for the work. A function specification preparing part 114 summarizes the works, the work flows, all the processes and all the processing realizing each process of them to handle as one function specification and houses it in a function specification database 115.
