Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluid vibration type flowmeter in a wide flow rate measuring range. SOLUTION: A nozzle 10 with the axis thereof in the direction of a passage is provided on the axis Z of the passage and a passage expanding part 12 which is formed between expanded passage forming members 14 symmetrical with respect to the axis Z of the passage is provided on the injection side of the nozzle and a target 20 is arranged to block straight advancing of a jet flow from the nozzle 10 at the center of the passage of the passage expanding part 12. A pair of escape paths 32 is arranged symmetrical with the axis Z of the passage on the downstream side of the passage expanding part 12 to link a part 30 near a nozzle injection port to which a feed back flow L2 is fed back and the downstream side part of a throttle passage part 13 separately to a fluid vibration type flow meter provided with the throttle passage part 13. |
