SUBSCRIBER MONITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the subscriber monitor that monitors subscriber terminal equipments contained in an exchange system to monitor non-dialing or no reply of subscribers for a long time and to discriminate whether or not other parties than the subscribers themselves use subscriber terminal equipments. SOLUTION: A registration storage section registers and stores a monitor execution display, a monitor period, and an emergency calling destination of a subscriber terminal equipment 1 as data for each subscriber terminal equipment 1, a monitored subscriber call processing section calls a monitored subscriber terminal equipment by a talkie or a howler preferably when no dialing or no reply is made within the monitor time and connects to the monitored subscriber terminal equipment on the occurrence of abnormity through talkie connection to an emergency call destination terminal equipment 3. Furthermore, the use of the monitored subscriber terminal equipment by other party than the possessor himself is detected by a hooking operation to find out the abnormity of the possessor accurately.
