Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate cavitation so as to prevent the damage of a seal ring. SOLUTION: A vertical face 14A extended toward a valve seat 8, and an inclined face 14B opposed to the valve seat 8 from the tip of the vertical face 14A are formed at a seal ring 14. A protruding part 14C for pressing the valve seat 8 is provided on the lower pressure side of the inclined face 14E, and the waterway side length L2 of the protruding part 14C is selected in a range of 2.5-1.0 when the thickness of the seal ring 14 is 10. Cavitation is therefore eliminated, and the damage of the seal ring 4 can be prevented.
