Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition incorporating a seal mechanism which can be operated so as to form a seal, as necessary, between a panel and a surface wall (such as a floor, a ceiling, wall, another panel, or another structure adjacent to the panel). SOLUTION: A seal mechanism is operated so that a seal member faces toward a surface, and the seal member is returned to an urged condition in which the seal member is flatly made into press contact with the surface, so as to release the seal between the seal member and the surface. A partition 20 comprises a panel having an internal space, and a seal mechanism 18 composed of a seal member which is movable relative to the panel, a rotatable cam accommodated in the internal space of the panel, and a connector expanded between the seal member and the cam. When the cam is rotated in a first direction, the seal member goes away from the panel to a first position, and accordingly, a seal is formed between the partition and the surface. Further, when the cam is rotated in a second direction, the seal member is moved toward the panel and reaches a second position, and accordingly, the seal between the partition and the surface is released.
