Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a rod material including a hand gold later on a mounting mechanism previously assembled on a wall face without any trouble to be firmly fastened thereto. SOLUTION: The first screw 3 is fixed to the mounting end of a rod material 1. A screw mechanism with a screw shaft 8 engaged with the first screw 3 is mounted on the wall face W side. The screw mechanism has a setting 4 fixed to the wall face W with a machine screw. A fastening ring 9 is locked and supported by the setting 4 in a rotatable manner. The screw shaft 8 is assembled on the fastening ring 9 to be rotatable together therewith. An operator 6 is provided on the outer face of the setting 4 to operate the rotation of the fastening ring 9. The operator 6 is rotatable together with the fastening ring 9 via engagements 13, 16 provided therebetween. Between the fastening ring 9 and a holding hole 7 in the setting 4, a gap E is provided for shift absorption.
