Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, capable of exhibiting excellent stability of viscosity with the lapse of time and the like by including a powdered silicate of an alkaline metal, e.g. sodium or potassium, as the binder component and powdered refractory as the filter. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a powdered silicate of an alkaline metal shown by the formula R2 O.nSiO2 (R is at least one of K and Na; and (n) is 0.5 to 5), (B) powdered aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate, and (C) a powdered refractory (e.g.) quarts, quartzite or alumina). It preferably contains 30 to 200 pts.wt. of the component B having an average particle size of 1 to 10μm and 500 to 1000 pts.wt. of the component C having an average particle size of 1 to 50μm per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. A paste consisting of 100 pts.wt. of the composition and 10 to 50 pts.wt. of water is filled, after its viscosity is adjusted at 1000 to 200,000cPs, in an adherend section, and cured under heating at 100 to 400 deg.C. |
