Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily eliminate an alumite layer by injecting abrasive material slurry to an alumite layer of a part to be eliminated. SOLUTION: Abrasive material slurry in a storage tank 7 gets to an ejector 11 via a conduit 8, a pump 9 and a conduit 10. Compressed air is supplied to the ejector 11 via a compressed air source 12 and a conduit 13, slurry is absorbed and mixed fluid is formed. Mixed fluid gets to an injection nozzle 15 via a conduit 14 and is injected to an alumite layer of a part to be eliminated of an aluminium pipe 1. Thus, the alumite layer is eliminated throughout the entire periphery of the internal surface of the aluminium pipe 1 which is perpendicularly suspended by an aluminium pipe clamping device 3 mounted at the lower end of a rotary shaft 2 revolving, elevating and lowering. |
