Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additional ripening system using freezing cycle that can exclude factors to disperse the additional ripening speed or quality of fruits, by controlling the quantity of ripening gas, etc., to be generated while additionally ripening fruits in a preserve cabinet. SOLUTION: This additional ripening system is provided with a preserve cabinet 1 for storing unripened pears 2, inside temperature controller 10B composed of a freezing cycle 10a of cooling and a warmer 16 for heating so as to control the temperature inside the cabinet while arranging an inside heat exchanger 10 of freezing cycle 10a and the warmer 16, inside temperature detecting means 23 for detecting the temperature inside the cabinet close related with the ripening degree of pears 2 stored in the preserve cabinet 1, and a temperature controller 30 for controlling the operation of inside temperature controller 10B based on the temperature inside the cabinet from the inside temperature detecting means 23 so that the detected temperature inside the cabinet can be made closer to the preset target inside temperature.
