Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a sure reply through the use of voice guidance in some cases without troubling persons in the vicinity of an extension being a called party by conducting the incoming call restriction service in a private branch of exchange in automatically interlocking with a duty management card read system. SOLUTION: A duty card reader 1-1 of a duty management card read system 1 is installed in the unit of each floor, informed to a card read server 1-2, where the duty is managed centralizingly. The card read server 1-2 is connected to a private branch of exchange 3 by an external device connection section 2 and information relating to a duty management card reader user is one by one informed to the private branch of exchange. The information informed from the card read server 1-2 is stored in a memory 5 by a central processing unit 4 controlling the private branch of exchange 3. An extension telephone set 6 is allocated to a plurality of persons. A work station or the like is used for the card read server 1-2 of the duty management card read system 1.
