METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MONITORING OPERATION PARAMETER IN COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a node device or a link device which is not efficiently operated and to improve the use efficiency of a network by inputting the group of operation parameters to be monitored and generating the display of data related to the operation parameter for respective monitoring sessions. SOLUTION: A control mechanism contains the group of instructions for a processor, which are stored in a memory 27 as electronic signals. A control signal receives the instruction from a user, which is related to a network element that is to be monitored, operates a user interface 24 and generates the graphic display of a service parameter and a performance parameter, which are drawn out from a part signal received from a network element through a communication port 26. A communication input/output port 26 is controlled and a processor 23 is controlled for judging a state from the part signal and the element signal showing the operation of the network element of the communication network.
