Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery in which the internal resistance is reduced, a current shut-off mechanism in the case of battery temperature rise resulting from the occurrence of a short-circuit current or the like is equipped, and charge and discharge characteristics and safety are superior. SOLUTION: A lithium secondary battery is equipped with a power generation portion which is formed by laminating positive electrode plates 60 and negative electrode plates 61 via separator films 62 made of porous polymer so that the positive electrode plates 60 and the negative electrode plate 61 do not touch directly each other. Therein, current is collected from lead wires 65, 67 connected to the respective plural places of the positive electrode plates 60 and the negative electrode plates 61, and low melting point alloy member 76 as a current shut-off mechanism melting and shutting off a current path when a battery temperature rises to a predetermined temperature or more is interposed in the current path inside the battery. |
