In an embodiment in which horizontal aiming is unnecessary, the tongue part 14 is curved by the thin-walled hinge part 13 and locked in such a way as to close an opening in the upright wall 12 and to cover the turning part 31 in the upright wall 12 with the tongue part 14, thereby making horizontal aiming impossible.
