GUEST ROOM CONDITION INFORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for quickly and efficiently informing a person in charge of guest rooms of the check-in/check-out of the guest room relating to a system for supporting the improvement of the efficiency of a guest room job at a hotel. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a radio calling means 13 for calling a pager inside the hotel through a radio channel, a guest room/pager information storage means 11 for storing the telephone numbers of the pagers carried by the persons in charge of the guest rooms for performing the job of the checked- in/checked-out guest room corresponding to the guest rooms and an informing control means 12 for retrieving the telephone number of the pager carried by the person in charge of the checked-in/checked-out guest room by the guest room/pager information storage means 11 and making the radio calling means 13 call the retrieved pager when information for indicating that the check-in/ check-out is performed and the information of the checked-in/checked-out guest room are inputted from a terminal equipment 1A installed at the front.
