Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible flywheel wherein assembly can be made without applying initial assembling stress, to contribute to simplification of assembly and spreading of a freedom degree of design, also vibration of an inertial member can be well suppressed. SOLUTION: A flywheel is provided with a flexible plate 1 with elastic deformation possible, vibration damping plate 2 formed in size smaller than the flexible plate 1 with elastic deformation possible, and an inertial member 3 for smoothing rotation. The flexible plate 1 is mounted in a rotary shaft 4, the inertial member 3 is locked to the flexible plate 1, also the vibration damping plate 2, without giving to it a pre-load, is attached into contact with the inertial member 3 and the flexible plate 1, to be mounted in the rotary shaft 4.
