Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and securely position respective containers when the same holder is used in common regardless of the size of vacant container and securely charge a liquid and prevent deformation of the container, in a rotary charging device. SOLUTION: A rotary charging device filling a vacant container 1 delivered from a starwheel 5 at the inlet site with a liquid, is provided with a base 2A on which the vacant container 1 is put, a semicircular holder 6 put on the base 2A to hold the vacant container 1 on the base, and a guide member 51 oppositely positioned against the semicircular holder 6 to guide transfer of the vacant container. And air jet outlet 53a, 53b are provided to jet air so as to push the vacant container 1 to the semicircular holder 6 when the vacant container 1 is delivered from the starwheel 5 at the inlet site to the rotary charging device.
