RESIDUAL RICE TREATING DEVICE FOR GRAIN SHAKING SORTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the continuation of sorting by smoothing the supply only to the sorting plate of the uppermost stage to maintain the layer thickness having no unequalness when the amt. of the mixed rice on the sorting plates stacked in several stages decreases. SOLUTION: The multistage shaking sortor is provided with a bypass 3 for supplying the mixed rice only to the sorting plate 1 of the uppermost stage separately from a mixed rice supply route 2 to the sorting plates 1 of the respective stages. The bypass 3 is opened by closing the mixed rice supply route 2. A partition plate of a transverse direction (Y) is recommended to be transversely installed in an intermediate part between the plus sieve side (a) and minus sieve side (b) of the sorting plate 1 of the uppermost stage and to be made changeable over to a working state of bisecting the sorting plane and a non-working state of not bisecting the sorting plane. In such a case, the closing of the mixed rice supply route 2, the opening of the bypass 3 and the changeover of the partition plate to the working state are preferably interlocked to each other.
