Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a temperature control of air, and simplify the construction of an air passage thus enhancing a dehumidifying ability. SOLUTION: Along a single air passage, a heater 13, a moisture-absorbing portion 14 and a heat exchanging portion 15 are arranged in sequence. A dehumidifying process in which air flows through the air passage A while the heater 13 and the heat exchanging portion 15 are being stopped and moisture-absorbing portion 14 absorbs the moisture in air so as to dehumidify air and a regenerating cycle in which air flows trough the air passage A while the heater and the heat exchanging portion 15 are being operated and air heated by the heater 13 flows through the moisture-absorption portion 14 and the heat exchanging portion 15 so as to remove moisture and regenerate the moisture absorbing portion 14 are carried out at different times.
