Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficient production irrelevant to a length of a pot life possible by a method wherein a silicone rubber composition containing respectively platinum catalyst and organohydrogen-polysiloxane is individually fed to an extruder, and kneaded to form a required shape. SOLUTION: A composition A5 wherein platinum as a catalyst is added to a silicone rubber compound having organopolysiloxane as a main constituent, and a composition B6 wherein organohydrogen-polysiloxane and ethynylcyclohexanol as a control agent are added thereto, are manufactured. Then, the composition A5 and the composition B5 are respectively filled in a push-in type material feeder 1, and discharged products are stuck to each other just above an extruder material feed part 7. Then, an unvulcanized silicone rubber composition kneaded homogeneously with a screw 9 is obtained from a required shaped die 10. It is thermally cured to obtain continuously a molded product. Thereby, working irrespective of a length of a pot life becomes possible. |
