Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light heat-pipe-type heat sink with improved cooling property by providing a heat pipe insertion hole at the body of an aluminum extrusion heat sink and inserting a heat pipe into the hole. SOLUTION: A heat pipe insertion hole 4 is provided at a body 2 of an aluminum extrusion forming heat sink, and a heat pipe 3 is inserted into the hole 4. The thickness of the body 2 is slightly larger than the outer shape of the heat pipe 3 and the heat pipe insertion hole 4 is slightly larger than the outer shape of the heat pipe 3. The heat pipe 3 is made of copper and is inserted into the body 2 of the heat sink that is made of aluminum in a heating oven. After that, by applying heat, it can be adhered to the body 2, thus reducing a thermal contact resistance and achieving an efficient heat transfer. By providing a plurality of aluminum bodies 2 and the heat pipe insertion holes 4, the weight of the entire heats ink can be reduced. |
