Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell or a hot steam electrolyte fuel cell at a low cost by specifying the NiO content of a base pipe for the solid electrolyte fuel cell, consisting of NiO and Al2 O3 to reduce the number of collecting members. SOLUTION: NiO is reacted with Al2 O3 in manufacturing a cell to generate NiAl2 O4 . Because the blending quantity of NiO is as much as 77.3-87.5wt.%, the crystalline phase of a conductor pipe is constituted of NiAl2 O4 and NiO. In a power generating condition, NiO is reduced to generate Ni, and the crystalline phase is constituted of NiAl2 O4 and Ni. The electrical conductivity of the base pipe is determined by the quantity of Ni, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is also determined by the volumetric ratio of Ni to NiAl2 O4 . The blending quantity of AlO satisfies the condition on the electric conductivity and the coefficient of thermal expansion. As a result, the base pipe is imparted with a function as a collecting member, and the number of parts of the collecting material is reduced. |
