Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which support the decision of appropriate costs of processing and efficient processing work by inputting information that specifies a product and calculating indexes such as costs which are needed for recycle and waste of the product, recyclable material, amount, a recyclable ratio and environmental load. SOLUTION: A means which performs retrieval and read of various database and an arithmetic device 2 which calculates by using read data calculate indexes such as costs that are needed for product processing, collectable material and amount and offer them to a user by outputting to an output I/F 3 by using a database which records information that specifies a product which is inputted from an input I/F 1, information about a product, information about processing equipment and information about recycled materials.
