Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue the operation of a unit being a control object even if the runaway of a micro computer occurs while the unit of the control object operates by outputting the operation signal of an on-vehicle unit when the operation condition of the on-vehicle unit is satisfied if a sleep signal is outputted from the micro computer when the key switch of a vehicle is in an on-state. SOLUTION: If the sleep signal S is outputted when the key switch 23 of the vehicle is in the on-state from the micro computer 12 outputting the operation signal at the time of satisfying the operation condition of the on-vehicle unit, the operation signal of the on-vehicle unit is outputted from an auxiliary lighting circuit 14 when the operation condition of the on-vehicle is satisfied. Namely, a lamp is lighted if the lighting conditions of an automatic lighting switch 24 and outdoor illuminance are satisfied when the sleep signal S is outputted if the key switch 23 is in the on-state. Consequently, the lamp is prevented from being put out even if the runaway that the sleep signal S is outputted at first is generated in the micro computer 12 where the lamp is lighted.
