Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber connector which prevents an user from directly being irradiated by laser light when the optical fiber is not connected and cleans dust adhered on the optical fiber when the optical fiber is connected. SOLUTION: In figure (a), an optical plug holding part 20 is inclined by angle θ on the optical axis of a laser transmitter 40, and therefore laser light sent from the laser transmitter 40 is cut and is not directly looked by an user. Furthermore, the optical plug holding part 20 is fixed to a stopper and cleaner 12, and therefore the optical plug holding part 20 cannot rotate to a position (where, θ=0) where laser light can be directly looked. In figure (b), when an optical plug 50 is inserted into the optical plug holding part 20, an end of the optical plug 50 presses the stopper and cleaner 12 against a compression coil string 11. The optical axis plug holding part 20 can rotate from this condition to the position as shown by figure (c). |
