Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the monitoring of electric power with accuracy by sampling and storing the output of a detecting circuit at the time when an RF signal is not inputted to the detecting circuit, subtracting a measured value stored at the time of input from the output of the detecting circuit, and supplying subtracted output signals. SOLUTION: A signal RFIN from a transmitting device is inputted to an electric power detector 15, and resistors R1 to R3 supply a biased potential VBIAS to a diode D1 for detection. A switch S1 is turned on when the signal RFIN is off, and the output of the electric power detector 15 short-circuited at a standard potential through the switch S1 becomes 0. The cathode potential of the diode D1 is stored in a condenser C3. The switch S1 is turned off just before the signal RFIN becomes on, and the diode D1 detects the RF electric power of a sampled part of a burst. The output voltage of the power detector 15 becomes at a potential obtained by adding the biased potential VBIAS to the detected peak value of the signal RFIN and subtracting the cathode potential of the diode D1, and then a desired output signals are obtained. |
