Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic testing device capable of enlarging a test range in the directions of the surface and the depth of a sample without providing a mechanical structure. SOLUTION: A transmitter and receiver juxtaposition type ultrasonic probe 10 is configured of a transmitter-side block 110 formed of a shoe 111 and transmitting elements T1 to Tn arranged on the inclined upper surface of the shoe 111, a receiver-side block 120 formed of a shoe 121 and receiving elements R1 to Rn arranged on the inclined upper surface of the shoe 121, and a sound insulating plate 13. The transmitting elements T1 to Tn are selectively connected to a device main body 30 by a transmission channel selector 21, and the receiving elements R1 to Rn are selectively connected to the device main body 30 by a reception channel selector 22. The upper limit E1 and lower limit H1 of a valid test range are obtained by selecting the transmitting element T1 and receiving element R1 , and the upper limit En and lower limit Hn are obtained by selecting the transmitting element Tn and receiving element Rn . By sequentially selecting the transmitting elements T1 to Tn and receiving element R1 to Rn1 , it is possible to achieve a wide valid test range from the upper limit E1 to the lower limit H1 .
