Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the wear of the cutter bit of a shield excavator by a device in which failure does not occur in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A magnetic substance core 20 around which a primary side coil 26 and a secondary side coil 27 are wound is housed in the inside at a prescribed position of the cutter head face plate of a shield excavator to expose a part of the core 20 to the cutting front face, and a wear detection head 10 as a detection head part 21 is fixed thereon. The wear amount of the part 21 is detected by applying alternating voltage to the 26 and using output voltage of the coil 27 obtained from the magneto-resistance value of the magnetic circuit of the core 20 changed by the wear of the part 21. |
