Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a heat exchange efficiency without lowering for a long period by forming a through hole at a heat exchange expediting part at a windward side of an air flowing direction. SOLUTION: The fins 5 for a heat exchanger are fixed to or brought at a predetermined part into contact with an outside of a refrigerant flowing tube for feeding refrigerant to inside. A heat exchange expediting part for expediting heat exchange of the air 13 with the refrigerant by louvering a plate-like part and altering a flowing direction of the air 13 flowing on a surface is, such as, for example, corrugate fins having louvers 6. Further, the expediting part at a windward side of a flowing direction of the air 13 is formed as a through hole 7. Thus, the expediting part of the windward side is formed as the hole 7, and hence condensation is scarcely generated at the windward side of the fin 5. Even if the condensation occurs, its amount is small, and blocking of the hole 7 of the expediting part due to the frost from the water is reduced, and clogging scarcely occurs. Therefore, heat exchanging efficiency can be maintained without lowering for a long period.
