Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability, and to simplify the control of the whole feeding device by using a vaporization pressure regulating valve and a pair of shut-off valves, and opening/closing the shut-off valve by the pressure control. SOLUTION: A liquid gas feeding device comprises a vaporization pressure regulating part 1a of the liquefied gas, a pair of shut-off parts 1b, 1c to be directly connected to the vaporization pressure regulating part 1a and to open/ close a valve by the pressure to be separately fed, and a pair of evaporators 4a, 4b to be connected to a pair of shut-off parts 1b, 1c. Outlets of a pair of evaporators 4a, 4b are merged with each other to constitute one gas outlet 6, and the pressure is simultaneously or alternately applied to the evaporators 4a, 4b to simultaneously or alternately open/close the shut-off parts 1b, 1c. Thus, in the case of the massive feed of the gas or the starting of the system, two evaporators 4a, 4b are simultaneously operated, while in the case of the continuous use, the operation of the evaporators 4a, 4b is alternately switched to perform the efficient operation by one device. |
