Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always support a groundsill horizontally even if load applied from the groundsill to a spacer is not constant by making the projecting height of an elastic projecting piece provided on the base side of a base plate part larger than the projecting height of a supporting projection part. SOLUTION: Supporting projection parts 2, 3 are provided in the central position and in the positions near four corners of a base plate part 1, and many elastic projecting pieces 4a-7b are provided in the periphery of the central supporting projection part 2. The elastic projecting pieces 4a-7b are formed by extruding a middle band-like part of two slits 17 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the base plate part 1 like a mountain toward the base, and the elastic projecting pieces 4a, 4b and 6a, 6b, and 5a, 5b and 7a, 7b respectively have the same projecting height. When the thus formed spacer 18 is interposed between a continuous footing and a groundsill, the respective elastic projecting pieces 4a-7b are compressed by downward load applied to the groundsill to be deformed to be substantially trapezoidal, the respective supporting projection parts 2, 3 are brought into contact with the surface of the continuous footing to keep a gap between the continuous footing and the groundsill constant. Accordingly, the groundsill can be supported parallel even if load applied to the spacer 18 is not constant. |
