Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a furnace opening hole part and to extend the service life of the opening hole part in a blast furnace by arranging a stave with a cooling device at the inside of the opening hole part in the blast furnace and fitting a liner excellent in heat resistance and wear resistance in the inside of the stave so as to be freely changable. SOLUTION: The cast iron-made stave 6 is arranged at a position colliding to the charged raw material in the inside of the furnace shell 1 at the opening hole part of the blast furnace and further, in the inside of the stave, a high Ni, Cr cast iron-made liner 7 excellent in heat resistance and wear resistance is arranged. The liner 7 is fixed to the furnace shell 1 so as to be freely changable with bolts 8a penetrating the stave 6 and the furnace shell 1 and nuts 8b. Projecting parts 9a, 9b are arranged at the lower end part and the upper end part of the stave 6, and the liner 7 is arranged so as to be supported between both projecting parts. Cooling pipings 10, 11 are arranged in the stave body 6 and the upper and the lower projecting parts 9a, 9b to cool the stave 6 and the liner 7, and the damage thereof caused by high temp. is prevented. In the case of wearing the liner 7 by the collision of charging raw material from a raw material device, the liner is changed into the new one with the bolts 8a and the nuts 8b to prevent the damage of the opening hole part in the blast furnace. |
