Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition exhibiting dynamic thermal stability capable of sufficiently resisting of long time continuous molding operations by adding a peptizing agent and lead silicate to a vinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin, (B) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a peptizing agent (e.g. 0,0'- dibenzamidodipheyldisulfide or 2-benzamidothiophenol zinc salt) and (C) 1-20 pts.wt. of lead silicate. The component C preferably is melted lead silicate obtained by melting a mixture of lead oxide with silicon dioxide, cooling the melted mixture, and subsequently grinding the cooled product. Thereby, thermal stability during kneading operations, namely dynamic thermal stability, is remarkably improved, and further long run moldability on extrusion molding operations, etc., is improved. |
