SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains 0.5-10.0wt.% of an organic silicone resin containing an R3 SiO1/2 unit (R is a 1-6C hydrocarbon group, etc.) and SiO2 unit at a ratio of 0.5/1 to 1.5/1, 0.1-30.0wt.% of a silicone oil having a viscosity of =4; the linear block copolymer has an average molecular weight of >=3,000).
