Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the abrasion and friction of a tire sharply to prevent its rest steering from occurring by making the grounding point of a wheel shift to a turning shaft. SOLUTION: A driving frame 11 equipped with two wheel mounting parts 12, holding symmetrical two pieces of independent wheels in the traveling direction in front and in the rear of one side leg is installed of two units in front and in the rear of one side leg of a portal frame, namely, the one side leg is supported by eight legs in total. In this connection, one wheel out of four wheels equipped in one driving frame 11 is used for a driving wheel. In time of a turnabout, a turning piston rod 23 is driven, and the wheel mounting part 12 is turned round a turning shaft 13, whereby this wheel mounting part 14 is also rotated in the same direction by means of action of an interlocking link 24. Both turning shafts 13 and 15 exist vertically upward in a midpoint between two wheels 16, 17 and 18, 19 placed side by side, and with each rotation of these wheel mounting parts 12 and 14, the direction of each wheel is varied as being rotated. In the case where the direction is changed in time of a driving wheel 16 being driven, a rotational speed in this driving wheel 16 is controlled.
