Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quality to be kept for a long period of time and further enable a discoloration to be prevented for a long period of time by a method wherein gas is replaced to fill an inner container and packaged, and gas is replaced to fill an outer container and packaged to be sealingly closed. SOLUTION: A food packaging amount in an inner container 2 is stored by a specified amount of use for one time, gas is replaced, filled and a residual amount of oxygen in the inner container 2 is set to be less than 5% of gas in the inner container 2, resulting in that the opening section is sealingly closed under this state. An outer container 3 has the inner container 2 stored therein, gas is replaced and air-tightly sealed in it to perform a gas replacement and packaging. A residual amount of oxygen is set to be less than 5% of gas in the outer container 3. The outer container 3 is formed into a lateral cubic bag by a film having the same gas barrier characteristic as that of the inner container 2. A partition plate 9 for preventing a displacement of position of the stored inner container 2 is arranged at a central section in a longitudinal direction of the outer container 3. The partition plate 9 is formed by a cardboard or plastic plate and the same number of inner containers 2 are stored at both sides of the partition plate 9.
