AUTOMATIC FILTER CLOTH WASHING DEVICE FOR FILTER PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set operation of a nozzle header at a stable speed, to eject a specified volume of washing water and to execute effective washing of deposits by allowing a traversing truck and a traveling truck on which this nozzle header is mounted to travel by driving motors. SOLUTION: The traversing truck 3 is driven to traversely move back and forth by a rodless cylinder driven by the air pressure alone or the liquid converted to a pneumatic oil pressure. The nozzle header 4 may be swiveled in forward and backward directions of 90 deg. and 180 deg. by means of the rotary actuator driven by the air pressure alone or the liquid converted to the pneumatic oil pressure mounted at the traversing truck 3. At the time of washing filter cloth, the nozzle header 4 swivels 90 deg. and descends with the horizontal direction as a start point, then stops. High-pressure injection is executed via the nozzle header 4 by using a high-pressure pump together with the traversing truck, by which the washing of the filter cloth is executed. As a result, the efficient washing of the filter cloth is executed.
