Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply in which harmonic components of input current is reduced through a small light-weight choke coil. SOLUTION: This power supply comprises a bridge rectification circuit 2 to be connected with an AC power supply 1, a choke coil 4 having windings T1, T2 inserted into the positive and negative output lines of the bride circuit 2, first and second smoothing capacitors C1, C2 connected in series through the choke coil 4 in order to smooth the rectified output, and a switch 3 not conducting for the AC power supply 1 of AC 200V but conducting for the AC power supply 1 of AC 100V, wherein the joint of the first and second smoothing capacitors C1, C2 is connected through the switch 3 with one end of the AC power supply 1.
