Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance method for a reactor pressure vessel and core structure from a comprehensive view considering life extension of a reactor power plant. SOLUTION: To the components at the reactor bottom of very bad accessibility such as a stub tube 20 of CRD, housing 19, shroud support 23, jet pump diffuser 22 and lower head 24, repair or replacement of the components at the reactor pressure vessel is conducted in improved radiation environment by matching the exchange work of components in the core region removing the components such as shroud, upper grid plate, core support plate, etc., and removing the components in the position of the core region where the accessibility from upward of the pressure vessel is good and activated core region positions.
