Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crack generation or the like during a pressure test so as to surely and efficiently perform the pressure test by setting the plate thickness of each of both end parts of a cylindrical pressure test piece with flange members to which welding is executed thicker than that of a middle cylindrical part. SOLUTION: Both ends of a cylindrical pressure test piece 10 with flange members 2 and 2 to which welding is executed are formed to be thick parts 10a thicker than the plate thickness of a middle cylindrical part 10b to be tested. A slope 10c is formed in the boundary of each thick end part 10a and the middle cylindrical part 10b. The annular protruding part 2a of each flange member 2 and the outer periphery of each thick end part 10a of the pressure test piece 10 are welded and fixed to each other, and the inner surface of the flange part 2 and the tip part of the pressure test piece 10 are also welded and fixed to each other. Thus, no heat influence is given to the middle cylindrical part 10b during welding, welding is facilitated and no defects occur. Moreover, even if the deformation of the pressure test piece 10 progresses because of pressure testing, no sharp bending like that in the conventional case occurs.
