Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance of a piston pin, a connecting rod, and the like by covering outer surfaces of both ends of an axial right direction of a connecting rod small end part with a rod plate made of a material having a high abrasion resistance, and arranging a plate spring for elastically hold a pair of covered outer surfaces of the rod plate. SOLUTION: A small end part 12a of a connecting rod 12 is inserted into a piston 11 of a reciprocating compressor, and the connecting rod 12 is connected to a piston 11 by inserting a piston pin 13 into the inserting hole 12d of the connecting rod small end part 12a. In this case, a rod plate 15 made of a spring steel and the like having abrasion resistance higher than that of the connecting rod 12 around outer surfaces of both ends of the axially rectangular direction of the small end part 12a of the connecting rod 12. A plate spring 16 made of spring steel and the like having abrasion resistance higher than that of the piston 11 is fitted and fixed around an outer surface of the connecting rod plate 15. The rod plate 15 is elastically held so as to make its center shaft coincide with a center axis Oa of the piston 11.
