Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently purify the subject compound as its polymerization is effectively prohibited in the apparatus by inhibiting the distillate from staying on the surface of the members constituting the purification apparatus in the liquid form, when acrylic acid or the like is distilled. SOLUTION: The tray 1 has a structure that its support ring 2 is fixed by using washer 5, clamp 6 and bolt 7 and a liquid hole 6 for passing liquid is bored on the horizontal face of the support ring and the clamp. Thus, acrylic acid, etc., on the surface of the tray-supporting member smoothly pass through the liquid hole to drop down whereby the polymerization of acrylic acid, etc., can be effectively prevented. In an embodiment, the support ring is set to 20-100mm width and the liquid holes are bored in a 3-30mm inner diameter at a pitch of 25-500mm and in 5-20mm inner diameter at 0-400mm pitch.
